With 15 years of experience in college admissions, high school college counseling, academic advising, counseling at the college level, and student support, Rachel brings deep insight into both the application process and the broader college experience. As a former Associate Director of Admission with experience at four universities across the U.S., she managed a team of admission counselors and senior-level admission counselors, contributed to leadership initiatives, and oversaw application committee reviews. Rachel later served at a private high school in Dallas, where she guided students through the college application process and supported their transition into college and beyond. In addition to college consulting, Rachel provides college success coaching—helping current college students navigate academics, decision-making, self-advocacy, and the challenges of college life. Having volunteered in professional leadership roles at both the state and national levels in higher education, she has built an extensive network of college professionals and a deep understanding of institutional practices. Rachel holds a bachelor's and a master’s degree in counseling and psychology, equipping her to ease stress and anxiety while supporting students holistically. She also specializes in identifying and maximizing scholarship opportunities and is committed to guiding students and families every step of the way—from college search through success in college.
